Nothing has announced the official launch date of its upcoming flagship device, the Nothing Phone (3). The smartphone, described as the company’s most ambitious release to date, will mark Nothing’s transition from the mid-range market to the premium segment. The official unveiling is scheduled for July 1, as confirmed through a teaser posted on the brand’s X (formerly Twitter) account.
The teaser features an animated visual that may hint at a new design element or lighting effect on the device’s rear panel. Interestingly, it also appears to suggest the end of the Glyph interface, the signature lighting feature that distinguished previous Nothing phones.

While concrete specifications have not yet been confirmed, several leaks have provided insight into what to expect. The Nothing Phone (3) is rumored to come in black and white color options and to feature two storage variants:
- 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, priced around $799 USD
- 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, priced at $899 USD
The choice of processor (SoC) remains unconfirmed. Some reports suggest it could be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while others point to the newer Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (also referred to as Snapdragon 8 Elite). The final selection will significantly influence the device’s performance and pricing, especially given the growing demand for advanced AI capabilities in smartphones.
Additional rumored specifications include a 6.77-inch LTPO AMOLED display, a triple-camera system with 50 MP sensors, a 5,000 mAh battery, and support for 100W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. These features would place the device in direct competition with other top-tier Android smartphones.
The launch of the Nothing Phone (3) represents a strategic move for the brand, as it aims to position itself among leading flagship competitors. Further details about the phone’s features, performance, and availability are expected to be revealed at the launch event on July 1.
